Where is your office?

My office is in a Roseville Business park off of Professional Dr. The address is 2540 Douglass Road, Suite 200, Roseville, CA 95661

What to expect and how long will it take?

The first visit will be us getting to know one another (so me asking a lot of questions and of course you asking whatever questions you have of me) It will last 45 minutes and will be an intake of health and family history while setting your goals for therapy. If you do not know what your goals are, I am here to help you define them.

Therapy on average can take 6 sessions to 40 sessions; depending on how much you work on your goals outside of the session. Therapy is most successful when you come weekly until you have found steady ground then sessions can become bi monthly or monthly just for check ins.

How much do you charge?

My fee is $125/45 minute session.

I also offer 10% discount introductory package for the first four sessions when paid up front. This facilitates in the commitment needed to work on your self and the disruption of payment during the session.  ($450 instead of $500)

Please pay me at the beginning of the session. I accept all major credit cards including HSA cards, cash and personal checks.

Do you take insurance?

I am an out of network provider meaning I can offer you an insurance claim form for you to send to your provider for reimbursement. Many of my clients do this. To find out what your provider reimburses; call them to ask what they reimburse for out of network providers.

Please know that when using your insurance, I must include in the forms a clinical mental health diagnosis. I have no control over the confidentiality of the information after you submit it to your provider.
