About Amy
My belief is that we all have the innate ability to find that path to peace. But sometimes, our path has been blocked by societal norms, childhood beliefs, and defenses caused by painful experiences. Negative feelings such as anxiety, anger, fear, and depression are roadblocks to peace. Since we don't like negative feelings, we try to get as far away from them as possible. As a therapist, it's my job to empower you to move past your roadblocks. By looking at behaviors and patterns you can be on your path to peace.
